Its wasn’t too long ago that a group of Australian researches had discovered that by drinking
a massive amount of coffee combined with a high carb meal regimen, would help one will recover a little faster. What happens is that after draining your bodies energy to an absolute nothing by sucking all of the glycogen level out of your system, it takes a proper amount of glucose and insulin levels in your blood to help you bounce back.
